Welcome to BAPA’s Blog!

New Blog and Mentorship Program
After months of coding, designing, and writing, BAPA’s new-and-improved website is here. We hope you’re as excited about the launch of our site as we are!
Part of our revamped site includes this blog, where we’ll be featuring weekly posts about all things related to BAPA and the Bosnian diaspora. Be on the lookout these next few weeks for interviews with working professionals and BAPA scholarship recipients. Our blog will also feature articles about cultural events, news related to our community, and updates about BAPA initiatives.
Speaking of BAPA initiatives: we’re happy to announce our new mentorship program! BAPA’s mentorship program is designed to foster meaningful relationships between mentors and mentees, enabling both parties to experience personal and professional growth. Through this structured six-month journey, mentors will advise mentees as they build connections, develop their understanding of relevant industries, and achieve career-oriented goals. Members of BAPA’s Mentorship Committee will serve as liaisons between mentors and mentees, facilitating pairings and providing ongoing support throughout the duration of the program.
Are you an experienced professional interested in mentoring someone seeking guidance in your industry? How about a student or young working professional interested in receiving structured support from someone in the field you want to thrive in?
